Why did they move to an employee-based model if she doesn't want to manage people?
I am so confused.
That is a terrible decision.
There's probably reasons for this.
Like maybe their state was like, hey, these people are definitely not contractors because they only work at your place.
I don't know.
Fair.
But if you hate all power, no matter what, maybe don't run a small business.
You kind of have no business doing that.
