I listened to Jordan Montgomery's episode, and here's the three takeaways I took that I really loved it.

So telling me they're actually consuming my content, they actually care, they told me what they liked about something that we did.

They gave me a review, which was thoughtful and kind and took time.

I'm going to go read that email.

Then they talk to me about how they could add value to my listeners, how they can add value to me.

That's adding value to me.
