Podcast Appearances
You know, I think one of the cool things about podcasts, so we've added this video component, and for the most part, a lot of that video is talking head content right now, which makes sense.
but I'm kind of curious to see what happens with video.
Are there new types of video that sort of, that becomes successful?
Like, yeah, maybe it is like really high production, you know, studios, or maybe it's like really low production, like direct to camera video journals.
Um, but I think that there's going to be a lot of opportunities that the, um, that video presents that weren't possible in audio.
Um, so yeah, curious to see what happens there.
The only other thing that I would say is we are starting to see a lot of content on Spotify that they probably don't define themselves as a podcast.
It might be a creator like Ninkti Giovanni that has content on other platforms.
So, you know, podcasts are great, wonderful and work on Spotify.
But I think we're starting to also see other types of content work to content that maybe still has some of the same hallmarks as a podcast and that it's creator driven, host driven, released with a regular cadence.
It's not like 20 seconds.
But I think we're just sort of scratching the surface to see like what kind of content might work that that is not necessarily a podcast.
Yeah, no, I think that's pretty common for a lot of people.
I mean, part of it also is if you're doing something else, like it's easy to have it on the big screen.
So when it comes to audience growth, I think I think of it in two steps.
The first step is you have to be doing everything right with your show.
