Podcast Appearances
Like I think just the fact that the Golden Globes recognized podcast as a format is so exciting.
You know, so many of the people who we work with have been doing this for years and years.
Podcasting has such an undeniable cultural impact, but still the idea that an award show like the Golden Globes recognized that and celebrated that, I felt like was a really big watershed moment for the industry.
People have been doing this for a long time.
Spotify has been in the game for a while.
There are other folks who've been in even longer than that.
So it was super cool to see.
There's you know, it's like it's one of those things where there's a lot of ways to create a podcast.
You can definitely have a really high glossy set and make it look super professional.
And there's a lot of value to that.
Also, you can do it in a way that feels more raw and unfiltered, and there's also value to that.
It's a lot of work any which way you cut it.
It's not like one is significantly harder, but yeah, it's a huge amount of work.
I think creating weekly content is really challenging, and that I think the amount of work required there cannot be undercounted.
It's like a whole track record of what you've been thinking about every week.
I mean, I think, yeah, you know, the other thing about podcasting that I like is this is long form too and there's some things that you're going to say at like 45 minutes or two hours that you wouldn't say in the first like five or 10 minutes.
