And then the concern that I have because Ferraris have always had electronic issues that have plagued the brand forever.

My personal experience, I had a Ferrari for a while and I replaced the main battery like

three times in three months trying to solve an issue, and eventually basically was like, okay, this is always going to have electrical issues.
