If we have a government, I would say in part is to make sure that we take care of the less privileged and the poor and the hungry and the ones that lose their jobs and the veterans that come back home and they are... I think we need to have government for that.

And he got them in the truck, brought them to a central kitchen, repackaged everything, and began feeding the homeless in D.C. Thirty-plus years later, that organization is doing 15,000, 20,000 meals a day.
