But I also stuck in there three non-traditional vitals, our relationship with technology, because I do believe it's going to cause a whole host of issues in the future. In the DSM-5, there's going to be a whole area for tech-related mental health issues. Our relationship to work, because as high-functioning people, we have poor work-life boundaries. And then our relationships with people.

If you look at the Harvard studies and material on longevity, our relationships with the people in our lives, that is the number one predictor of our longevity. But we don't talk about that when we go to the doctor's office. So I included that in the vitals. And then the fifth V is vision. And that could be celebrating your small wins. Like after I do this podcast, I'm going to sit down, have a sip of water, have a snack and just be in peace. That's a win, right? After my patience for the day. I'm going to take a walk through Times Square and just enjoy. It's a sunny day in New York City. These are small wins.
