Yeah.
Does it mean you could slack off on your grip?
Sure.
It does.
You could slack off on your grip if you don't have a grip safety in place.
Just get better.
And I've seen a lot more higher-level shooters talking about that when moving and shooting.
Yeah, because it's not a requirement to do that when doing competitive shooting to engage your safety on your pistol.
While moving, it's not a requirement, but if you were to have a light trigger or slip or something, it'll save your ass.
So everybody's been working on showing that small thing that you probably aren't paying attention to because it's microseconds.
Shoot, shoot, shoot, flip safety on run, like that small little motion.
You have to do it with rifles when you move and stuff.
So just get into that practice that if you're not shooting, put your safety on.
I would say if you're, like, trying to, like, move between a wall or something.
Correct.
But if you're, like, moving, like, forward or backwards or the distance is, you know, more than five yards...
I could see there being a use case for it.
Like a side step almost?
Yeah, I would say if you're doing a transition, then no, I wouldn't do that.
But if you're physically moving, but also I think like I'm thinking of a few of the stages that we've done where we've had like a left shot, a right shot, and then we have a hallway.
