And I think, you know, for me, it's like, it's about exercise and it's about just eating right.

amazing dude one of the foremost longevity guys out there um and so what we did we've done it three we're about to do our third one we're all just blasted out and last time we had like 500 people join us from all over the world and every day we'll get on the phone we'll get on like a big zoom call and and and people ask questions and he'll sort of explain what your body is going through if that's
at a particular time, whether it's the ketosis or the autophagy or whatever, and what your body's actually doing and sort of shedding those zombie cells.
And it's fascinating.
It also helps you get through it a lot easier when you're doing it with a bunch of other people.
It sort of keeps you accountable.
