Surveys of support are interesting only so far as they go.

There are tons of Americans who want to trust the president.

There are tons of Americans who want to who are glad that Kamala Harris is not the president.

But I think mapping the enthusiasm for this war, mapping the enthusiasm for six dollar gas is a tricky business.

And I would not be overconfident if I were President Trump's political advisers.

I think the independent numbers by some surveys are worse than the democratic numbers.

There is a contingent of basically older Zionist, uh, sort of, um, I don't know, Biden wing Democrat, basically.

Uh, you, you see it in, you see it in the leadership choices of Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries.

They're a little loathe to, to over-criticize the Iran war.

You would think the congressional Democrats would be all in on opposing this, but they're, they're actually not.

It's actually the independents that are driving, um,

you know the opposition i think most vociferously in the country they just don't have representation in congress unfortunately but they do but they do vote they do vote and they vote in the midterms and they vote in the presidency

Likewise, same here.

You know, when it's time, what you're what you're seeing right now is that you have a sort of Empire Strikes Back moment of the Bush wing Republican Party.

And they're using Trump as kind of a figurehead and mascot.

It's a it's a MAGA drag act.

And, you know, these yes, these forces very much want to, you know, once Mr. Trump leaves the scene, once he doesn't run for that third term.

They thank him for his service.

They thank him for the Iran war.
