It's, you know, and the beauty of it is, is once you get your levels checked, you find out that you're low in whatever and you get, and you regulate, right?

to where you were in your 20s or 30s, whatever it is, you start to look better, you start to feel better, which makes you want to eat better, which makes you want to work out, which makes you a better sister, brother, mother, son, daughter.

It just elevates you, in my opinion, because you feel so much better about yourself.

And because of that, you're willing to do the things.

You have that oomph that you didn't have, that you've been sort of falling off of for the last several years.

So, yeah, I recommend people get their levels checked.

I've been a fan for a very long time.

I'm well into my 50s now.

And I'm also in full hair and makeup today, just so you know.

a real fascination with it.

I think that when I got into my mid-30s, I started thinking or researching more about, you know, what's out there, what can I do to, you know, stay as, you know, healthy and virile and active as I can, mostly for professional reasons because I wanted to stay in the business for as long as I could.

And, you know, there are certain expectations.

But, you know, as I've gotten older, I think it's more – it's still some of that, but it's more –

you know, now that I've got kids, I've got a 12 year old and almost two year old.
