Yoga has been huge for me.
I started doing that about ten years ago.
That hot yoga is like literally fixed my back and my knees.
So that like I'm always just trying something new, like the cold plunges.
I love doing that.
You know, I'm a bit of a nut when it comes to this kind of stuff.

I try to be.
I love it.
But, you know, I want to grow old, but if I'm going to be old, I want to be able to still do shit.
I don't want to be a guy who lives to be 103 and miserable when I'm, you know, starting at the age of 80.
You know, I go in phases, honestly.
I try to stay within
I like pizza and I like burgers and I like ice cream and I like like I'm not afraid to eat that stuff.
But, you know, sometimes you got to, you know, you got to be real clean.
And there's sometimes you can, you know, let loose a little bit.
But I never let myself go too far so that I can't get back into shape if I need to.
