he thought him and Chris were actually pretty close to getting back together.
Dave and Will then both spoke about how neither of them expected a month later, now in August, to then go online and see that, hey, Chris wasn't with any of them, but he'd actually gone off to marry a stranger.
Like, you literally can't make this up, can you?
The fact that those who stumbled upon each other on the Grindr grid of all places is just like the chef's kiss to this gay drama.
But also, before we get too carried away, here's the thing.
I'm not insinuating that Chris was cheating on any of those guys or there's some big betrayal here.
He'd broken up with Dave and ended their three-year relationship months before he started seeing Will.
And, like, yeah, he agreed to do the couples counseling thing with him, whatever, but...
They weren't together, despite Dave believing that Chris maybe implied they could get back together at that time.
And yeah, he was seeing Will and like having sleepovers, staying at each of his places, all that.
But also they were just seeing each other.
They weren't official.
They weren't boyfriends and boyfriends.
And I assume they didn't have the talk about, hey, are you seeing anybody else?
So if we're getting technical here, technically, Chris was single.
And as he then decided to ditch both Will and Dave to go and marry at first sight, still single.
But was it a bit shit of him to do that when two guys are there?
I'll let you decide that.
There's obviously two sides to every story.
I don't know, Chris.
