Money and messaging, they could not be more divergent.
And it seems like we can't learn from our past mistakes.
Same fight we had in 2016, Bernie and Hillary all over again.
establishment Democrats, they want to run on moderation and electability.
Whereas there's progressives that want to run on policy and mobilization, things that actually matter to the American people.
Right now, there is a crisis.
All we have to do is have a message of how to fix things.
And yet, instead of synthesizing things, instead of finding a unifying message, we're back to the same old argument we've had for over a decade.
where is our unified plan where is our outreach we watched this party gatekeep against bernie sanders we watched a more subtle version of it in 2024 and it worked for trump and now at this moment when the republican party is literally tearing themselves to shreds when trump is attacking his own supporters when there are bipartisan calls for the president's removal
Democrats are fighting about who gets to be on the debate stage in two years.
Or they're throwing money behind an aging, losing establishment candidate in places like Maine rather than backing a popular oyster farmer.
The GOP is handing Democrats the biggest political opportunity in at least a generation.
And the Democrats' response is to argue over who's better suited to get the DNC support.
We have got to get it together.
November is coming quick.
