The one that's... I mean, gagging is very uncomfortable.
Yeah.
Look, there's a lot of other things that you could do besides gagging.
One of the most common things that people, it sounds weird, but they love long-term is coffee enemas.
Yeah, people are obsessed with those.
Yeah, yeah.
So the coffee enema, it will stimulate nicotinic receptors in the colon, and then it fires back up to the frontal cortex.
It's probably one of the most effective things that we do with our patients to get the vagal nuclei to fire.
That it's like this, you know, new age woo.
Yeah.
I mean, there's tons of research, tons and tons of research.
And at the same time, here's where we kind of differ from everyone.
Because we have such a huge patient population, we can look to see what the research says and then we can apply the research.
And if it works, we're rocking, right?
There's a lot of times we'll actually apply the research and it doesn't work at all.
