You know, what kind of coffee?
uh we get like the organic mold-free coffee uh there's a ton of different coffee that you can use oftentimes what i like to do is go to starbucks and get my favorite flavor and then you know use that no i'm too sorry you're like what the heck i mean uh no you obviously you want organic mold free um that's that's important
Right.
There's a device called the Alpha Stim that you can clip to your ears, and that stimulates the vagal nuclei.
You can do deep breathing exercises, cold plunges, cold showers, stimulate the vagal nuclei.
Those are probably the most common ones, though.
Yeah, exactly.
Because what you're doing is you're getting the frontal cortex to fire, which then increases your own natural digestive enzymes, increases HCL, increases blood flow to the gut, increases gut motility.
It also stimulates what's called an anti-inflammatory cholinergic pathway, which decreases inflammation.
So there's a lot of things that kind of help with that.
It also puts you into more of a parasympathetic response.
And we live these like high stress lives that are really stressful.
We're constantly on the go and we barely even get into a parasympathetic response, which is a rest and digest stage.
And so there's a number of really positive things of why we do that.
If you incorporate some of these neurological exercises into your daily life, you're going to notice differences for sure.
Well, we're constantly being exposed to a ton of different things.
And I'll preface this.
There might be some people that listen to this, maybe not your audience because they're used to all this stuff, but there might be some people that listen to this like, oh my gosh, I can't make all these changes all at once.
And I would just preface, just start with one easy change that you can make and then look to improve it.
And the same thing goes with your house, right?
