And in my opinion, blood sugar levels are one of the most important things that we can do to stabilize, to improve our overall health.
That's such an easy thing to do, but it has a significant impact to help us improve there.
So if we can just get our glucose to stabilize between 80 to 130, we're rocking and rolling and inflammation is down.
Like if you put on your kids, for example, like you look at what kids eat, you know, they wake up, they have pancakes or cereal.
Then they go to school and they have chicken nuggets and milk.
Then they go home and they have who knows what.
They're on these screens that are completely just frying their brain.
What do you think their blood sugar levels are going to be?
Like a complete mess, right?
And so even for our kids, like we don't fear monger.
We want to educate our kids so that they know more about nutrition than most doctors do.
We really do.
and we'll put the cgm on them and they like they love it and they'll like get to like see what they eat and like my son or daughter will eat just absolute garbage on purpose to see what their blood sugar levels do but they start to realize at a young age hey that impacts my blood sugar levels i want to be more cautious i know how i feel when my blood sugar levels are high or low or
What not to, right?
Here's the, like we eat such crap.
So like if they eat a handful of blueberries, their blood sugar level should never be above 130.
They really shouldn't.
We're talking like Skittles, which are probably the worst food known to man, like when it comes to artificial sweeteners, dyes, sugar.
I don't think there's a worse food than Skittles.
But they're eating this crap on a consistent basis.
