So I thought, I mean, I can handle this for a few years, but...
They lived for 13 years.
Got longevity in my bloodline.
And we bought them a house.
They lived in that until they couldn't anymore.
And then we put them in assisted living.
And then they lived in that for a few years.
And then they had to go to the nursing home.
And, I mean, it's not cheap to have people in nursing homes.
Three years after we brought my dad here, I mean, he never said thank you, kissed my foot, you know, nothing.
And I just kept praying for him to be saved.
And one morning, my mother called and said, your dad wants you to come and talk to him.
And she said, he's been crying for days.
I don't know what's going on.
And so Dave and I went over there, and he finally...
He was crying.
He said, I just want to apologize to you for what I did to you when you were a little girl.
And he said, I had really no... I didn't realize that I was hurting you like I did.
