Oh, so that's, is that before the baptism then?

When you receive Jesus as your Savior, He comes to live in your heart.

When you say the baptism, are you talking about water baptism or the baptism of the Holy Spirit?

Well, different people experience different things.

I had a definite time when the Holy Spirit

filled me and it was right before he called me to preach you can't you know it's like acts jesus had to be baptized in the holy spirit before he could begin his public ministry yeah and uh all right my last question i i don't believe it trust me if you didn't have a time crunch it wouldn't be i would be sitting here until the sun goes down um

Well, I think what happens to a lot of people is

See, when God calls you, he never tells you it's going to be 20 years before you're going to do it.

I mean, David was anointed to be king, but he didn't wear the crown for almost 20 years.

And Joseph had a dream, but he was treated poorly 17 years before he

went to work under Pharaoh and David was treated terribly all those years that he was waiting.

It's kind of interesting that God calls you and then he tests you and tests you and tests you, uh, before you actually get to do the thing he called you to do.

And, you know, God called me to teach and, and I, I got to teach from the beginning, but very small note.

There was no money involved in it.

And I had quit my full-time job so I'd have time to study.

And so we were pretty strapped financially for about six years and literally had to believe God for everything.

but a lot of people will step out too early and it just won't work.
