It didn't work because the thing that we do, from a technology point of view, it's kind of a bleeding edge.

It's a continuous delivery model, so we don't have this kind of traditional maintenance breaks and stuff like that.

Well, in the developer community, there are a lot of people who say that they are senior developers, but they are more like consultants working at the customers, building some websites and web-based stuff.

And this is pure R&D, which requires a lot of special skills.

And it's really hard to find that.
