Craig Hetzel is a contractor and a Neptune City local.
He has dark gray hair and a strong build.

Toward the end of 2016, he testifies that he was helping his son get to work every morning.
Craig would hit the road by 4.30 a.m., pick up his son, then head to work together.

He tells the jury there are barely any cars out at that time.
Occasionally, he'd see a homeless person walking around.
