What did you do differently immediately?
Well, one thing I did immediately differently was I got women on my cap table and I got black people on my cap table and I got queer people on my cap table and I got people of color on my cap table.
Because I knew that they could see me in a way that my prior investors just could not or would not see me.
I used to ignore the percentages because they would psych me out.

I stopped.
It changed your behavior.
Oh, it changed my behavior.
