I like Brian Armstrong's story at Coinbase.
The way he manages the company is really principle-driven, and I like that.
Okay, maybe this one is really silly, but something that helped me a lot is Calendly.
Because you don't need to go back and forth with two or three emails and follow all these emails about finding a time.
Calendly is simple.
One link and you schedule a meeting, you got it.
Not enough.
I mean, look at how I'm dressed.
It's obvious.
I'm single.
