Well, besides disciplining your body, getting enough sleep and exercise and breathing exercises and things like that, a lot of people can logically just think their way out of things. And that's great. Logically, you can do that. But there is extreme power in connecting your soul and your divine grounding. And the science is out there for a lack of respect of time.

There is supreme power in taking deep breaths and breath work to increase the flow of your circulation, your energy, your brain, your mind, your spirit, everything that you can actually produce higher results in a very short period of time based on that. So it's breath work. It's mindfulness where I'm letting go.

A hundred percent. So that goes back to mindset. Interesting that you said that. So mindset, so awareness is key. So if I'm looking around and people are miserable, it can rub off on you. I mean, I literally do these practices where it's almost like taking a shower and it's every day. I think through like this energy, you can't just take, it's like taking a shower.
