If they really cared about me, when reality is they just got stuck in traffic. So we make up those stories, right? So pause, investigate your thoughts because there's a pattern. Break the pattern, number two. So interrupt the pattern. Okay, wait, hold on. What's really going on? Let me listen to the story I'm telling myself. Let me flip it and say, wait, hold on. I am good enough.
Maybe they're just stuck in traffic as this particular example. And third, install a new belief. The new belief is, hey, the person was late. I'm good enough. I'm worthy enough for someone to show up. So that's a simple, simple example. But those are the three steps.

So trust, relax, pause, take a deep breath. I don't want to say something that's going to hurt everybody. And then in that moment, I'm investigating my thoughts. I'm interrupting whatever's happening.
