So you'll see people say,
yes, but, and then they'll go into what they're saying.
And so they're not starting it with, hey, my name's so-and-so and today I'm gonna be teaching you about this.
It's like, yes, but did you know that this is really this?
That is a lot more intriguing.
And so it's just about doing those things in the talking head format that I think are doing really well.
Instagram also just said that they are favoriting, whatever that means for them, reels that are around 30 to 90 seconds right now versus the ones that are seven to eight seconds.
So the seven to eight seconds reels, they may get more views because they kind of go on that loop, but they may not get the longer reach and engagement and saves and shares as the longer form.
So longer form content is coming back.
Talking head content is coming back.
And another thing, and I preach it a lot inside my programs, I'm a huge proponent of Instagram stories, Hala.
That's where I really feel that people convert.
So you may get more reach.
You may build the know, like, and trust.
You may get more interest in feed content.
But where you're really building that long-term like, oh, I want to work with this person.
I want to buy from this person is in Instagram stories.
So my rule of thumb that I share with a lot of my clients when it comes to a content plan and a content schedule, and this is for any of those people who don't have any more time in the day,
to create content.
This is just my personal take and what I have seen that works well for people in terms of consistency.
