Let me go back a step.
Usually when you lobby a government, at least there's only one.
We had two.
So it was really confusing.
So the federal government had been in charge of Canberra while Mr. Fluffy was operating.
Right.
Yeah, the National Capital Development Commission.
We don't want it.
Oh, yeah, yeah, that came in the late 80s, yeah.
And so if you think about it, it's like, okay, there's asbestos in roofs.
Does that seem like a national issue or a state territory issue?
You'd think it's a state territory issue, right?
And that's what the federal government said.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Like when the asbestos hit the fan, the federal government was saying, well, you're the ACT government, we just create you all the best.
And the ACT government were like...
Well, hang on, we didn't even exist when this was going on.
And also, you guys got a report, you federal government in 1968, that raised some red flags that you didn't act on.
