This is such an alien concept. I would, I would assume for a high, uh, percentage of the population to even approach, uh, It with this type of mentality. To me, what we brought up earlier was like baking a cake. I was thinking of like it's finesse. It's like if I'm trying to rebuild and reestablish a skill, I have to do it with the right amount, just the right amount of touch.

So frequency is a huge factor in the very beginning, but with finesse, it has to be the right amount of stress, and we have to be able to manage that properly and get into that. Then the next one, we do the increase, and we just barely increase it.
