Certainly one of the things that sort of helps with culture is winning, right?

What's the plan as you guys?

You know, that's like sort of the thing these days, right?
New Jersey just hired an analytics guy.
What does that mean?
Like in what capacity will you use that information that would make you different from someone who's a, and I'm going to air quote, hockey guy?
