Etymology.
I like etymology.
Um, well, I've spent two years doing it.
Um, let's see.
Oh, okay.
So it's from the Proto-Indo-European Skot Sked, meaning darkness to cover.
And so there's a couple things from that.
One, everyone has a shadow.
Everyone.
The behavior or actions that they don't want anyone else to see.
Um, if it's helpful, I literally wrote an entire book about that, about, you know, to write this book.
Um, okay.
I'll answer specifically.
So, uh, I fell in love with an, uh, another woman who was not my, um, ex-wife, uh, while I was happily married.
Um, and I wrote the book for that woman.
Um,
I mean, the books and she's that woman is her name isn't in it anymore.
It was in the original manuscript.
