I can buy an actual property that I'm going to flip in three months and I'm going to make my money back.
And it was 0%.
Talk about borrowing capital.
For us real estate investors, this is phenomenal, right?
Now, again, let's call it what it is.
You're not going to go probably get pre-qual... And by the way, you tell me.
But there's probably not a lot of people that are going to go get a $300,000 immediate...
approval, I would guess.
Maybe some do, but I would say the vast majority won't.
Let's talk about cuts.
As a real estate investor, one of the most challenging hurdles you'll face is figuring out how to fund your first project and then how to keep that money rolling in for all the projects that follow through while holding onto as much of your profit as you can.
This is a challenge that today's sponsor, Fund and Grow, knows all too well.
