I don't know why because they believe it to be a better value prop than going to somebody who is not part of that roll-up.
And it's because usually they can offer more services, hopefully a higher quality of care.
And there's smart people running them with metrics like net promoter score and other things they've been more sophisticated to identify.

They have to believe that we're building together.
