How we looked at it was we can get more money for the equity, but we're also building an AI space and we're going after a pretty large market.
So we feel that the valuation wasn't too steep for us.
Yeah, our initial ICP will be actually MBA students.
Why MBA students?
Well, they're not tight on privacy.
And we need your data.
They are.
But here's the thing.
I wouldn't say they're broke.
I would say probably 50% of them are actually working in the field, doing part-time MBA.
The ones that are right out of undergrad and train their MBA, yeah, they're broke.
But here's the thing.
They're open to trying new technologies, and we're really looking for the feedback as opposed to monetizing them.
We want them to help us define a roadmap.
