So there was CCTV footage, but we couldn't pick up the number plate.

was put in contact with the person who had the dog and they were up north then I arranged to meet with them and it was very late we set up a whole scenario where we knew we were under CCTV but our ultimate goal was just to get this baby back back to the owners.
