One of them I felt really sad for because they didn't own the property, but the person who did own it had inherited it from his family and it wasn't insured.

So he lost everything.

So there is, yeah, you've got to have empathy in there when you meet people like this.

I swear a lot.

Yeah, talking with your colleagues and things like that.

It's a job, you let it go.

There's so many different things I've seen in my world that I'm like, whoa, okay.

And I've met some really interesting people like criminals, 501s, all sorts of things like that.

And you would never know when you sit down with them.

And they're human.

There's probably only been maybe once and that's when I've had somebody stand over me and I just have to breathe and go, if anything happens, it's okay.

Like, and you just have to remain calm.

Have to remain calm.

Doing an interview with somebody, they got angry and annoyed because the evidence was there when, like, they realise and then it's the anger that comes in.
