And then they're out lugging their wheelbarrow full of like...
stones and working in their yard and doing all this stuff.
So there's two different elements here.
One, they're claiming ACC.
The second one is the company can't replace somebody because that's their job.
And so there's a big part around that of trying to get rid of somebody who's on ACC.
And so the businesses lose money.
They can't prove.
So they have to have the evidence to then have that meeting and a workplace investigation to go,
actually, we've got evidence that this is not true and correct.
And because you've breached our terms of agreement under your contract, whatever it is, it helps them.
Yeah, there's lots of businesses in New Zealand that can do more workplace investigations relating to ACC because I don't believe, well, ACC do investigations, but I think there's a lot of work that can be done there.

But that's quite an exciting one because you're trying to capture them doing something.
Or, for example, you will find them on TikTok doing something.
