Yes, we know we can because we've seen it work somewhere else.

So it's not a matter of can it, it's a matter of like why they not feel like that is a priority within their own space.

And I don't personally get that.

I don't spend a whole lot of time on Excels or anything.

So luckily I don't have to feel that pain day in and day out.

Although I've worked for companies who had to deal with 365 and that was miserable, absolutely miserable to do as anything.

I think that's their job.

They're like, can we add six more steps to this?

Yeah.

You know, like the joke was with Rachel Woods.

She used to always say to me, she used to always say to me, like when she was first training me and Beth was part of that too, whatever.

And she'd be like, that was kind of their goal.

Right.

Cause we were breaking down processes and she's like, can that be another step?

But in the right way of like how to make AI follow a process, it was two plus years ago, but it's almost the opposite of that.

It's like,

Can there be more steps?

But the answer is there shouldn't be.

But Microsoft is like, I think, you know, hold my beer.

That's right.
