And he'd made this really delicious looking meal.
And it was raining.
And thundering, but it wasn't too bad.
You know, it was like a typical thunderstorm.
And as soon as we sat down to our meal and picked up our utensils, there was a huge boom.
And a giant lightning strike.
And then in a split second, Andrew, a tree comes crashing through the front window of my parents' house.
I kid you not.
A tree.
A huge tree.
And...
It fell completely on top of the front side of the house, destroying the porch and the roof.
If it would have been maybe two feet taller, we would have died.
It was insane.
Yeah, it came, it crashed onto the roof and then one branch crashed through into the living room and then the glass shattered inwards.
But it did not reach the dining room, which is pretty spectacular because our house is not very big.
It was insane, Andrew.
My first thought was like motherly instincts.
Ah, my baby.
And then my second thought was...
