There are three main tools that I use, and I always like to preface this with, these are the ones that I use, but there are so many out there. And then over time, due to neuroplasticity, I was able to go in and change some of the neural pathways that were creating my current reality because I wasn't as much of a fan of where I was and knew there was somewhere else I wanted to go.
