It's been great.

It's crazy because, you know, normally when you work somewhere for a few years, it doesn't change so drastically like it has for me.

It's not something I saw coming.

When I first started, season 10 was airing.

And yeah, and then I want to say that summer, they started filming season 11 and I would just be working.

Yeah.

I mean, OK, so I'm not from L.A., so I feel like so many people that don't live here just know what Sir is because of like pop culture.

So when I moved here and I needed to get a job quickly, it was like one of the first places on my list because I just knew what it was.

So and also the Olive Garden.

Well, I'm a real Italian, so I don't know about working at the Olive Garden.

Olive Garden for actors.

Amazing comparison.

Definitely.

But I do think also, you know, Lisa Vanderpump is just so iconic.

And my initial goal was to just work for her and get to know her and just be connected to her.

Because she is like one of the best restaurateurs ever.

And I fell in love with bartending in college.
