It was how I paid my bills.

You know, I would like work until four in the morning and dive bars and then wake up for class at seven.

But I loved it.

No, some people do.

And some people will talk about or I think you'll maybe even see some interviews on this season.

But she's like always all over the place.

So she's at Sur as much as possible.

Guillermo is there every single day.

So he was the first one that I met.

I went to Sur and like workout clothes to see if I really liked it in person or if it was going to be like, you know, what I thought it would be or what it looked like.

I was like, let me just go see for myself.

Met Guillermo and was just like explaining to him I had just moved here and I'm a bartender and like I actually came here to see if this was a place that I would want to work.

And he was like, we would love to have a female bartender.

It's been a little bit since we've had one.

We love having girls behind the bar because it was just all men.

Yeah.

And let's set up an interview, you know, and I had a few interviews and then I started working.

I had because working in restaurants is so insane.

And when I first started, I remember my first night working, not even in a restaurant, but in an event venue, I was walking into like its own group.

And I was like, wow, isn't there like a show about this?
