So, today we're talking about dividend income stocks and a few different ideas and what they are and how to find some of that information.

So, we've got Drew, an actual qualified financial advisor to chat us through all of this in today's episode.

And a question we get a lot is why do some companies pay dividends and some don't?

And why do Australian dividends seem to be a lot higher than maybe our US ones?

Is focusing on investing in companies that pay a dividend usually something that you look at for older clients or people close to retirement?

Should I even be looking at dividend stocks?

Probably another thing to mention is that whether you're reinvested or you don't, if you get paid a dividend, you still have to pay tax.
