I think that the framing question I would ask, and I welcome the help on this, is how do you make the importance of a library in a community legible to people who might not be going?
Because it's important whether or not you're going.
It's important that there's a place for people to gather.
It's important that communities just express that they care about knowledge in that specific way.
But a lot of people aren't going.
And so finding a way to make that turn seems really important to me.
I'm interested for the feedback because I could use the help.
