And so we pulled together this team where, you know, I'm bringing the business background, obviously, he's bringing the chef chops and, and, you know, our clients love us.
We have almost 100%.
We have 97% client retention.
monthly retention um so you know the most common reason basically after your first two chef visits if you make it past those two chef visits the relationship is incredibly sticky and the most common reason that people leave us after that is actually when they pass away oh got it okay so you have about three percent monthly churn or opposite it's 97 monthly retention how many customers are you currently serving
We're only currently serving about 65 customers.
We've historically only been in Madison, Wisconsin.
It's a little college town in the Midwest, not the place to start a business focused on senior citizens.
We opened three weeks ago in South Florida where actually I went to high school.
Oh, congrats.
We also just opened in the North Shore of Chicago.
So we're pretty excited about our growth prospects for the next couple of months.
That's really exciting.
It was founded in 2013, largely as kind of a single operation.
And then in the last 12 months, we've really made a shift to kind of have our eye on the national scale ball.
$120,000, top line.
Yeah, so we've got, it depends a little bit on the model that we use, but for a retail consumer, we've got about 40% margin.
food and chefs right so it's about evenly split we pay our chefs better than average pay because we want the kind of chef that you're going to put in your grandma's home yeah um so we pay our chefs really well we pay them 16 to 18 an hour um it's a great job for a chef daytime work super super feel good um deep connection lots of creativity around nutrition um and then the food we have three different menu packages so you can kind of scale both quantity and quality as our clients want and at 40 gross margin what were you guys looking at at net margin
That's a good question.
I think it'll actually depend a fair amount as we evolve.
So we're obviously a pretty young company.
