I know that for sure.

But they're going there because of the tax rate.

We have to be smart about this.

But we can fund what we want to fund with what we already are taking.

We're all New Yorkers.

We think we can handle anything.

But here's the bottom line.

You need to hear this from me, someone who's been through more blizzards than any governor in the history of the state of New York.

This is one to take seriously.

They should not need local police to do their jobs.

You will not use our police technology to track people who've done nothing wrong.

We will not throw innocent people into our jails.

Can we go in the way back machine to prior to Donald Trump's militarization of this force that's supposed to protect our borders from transnational criminals and terrorists and work with the border patrol to keep our streets safe?

they've totally lost their way.

They've lost the original mission, which is to protect our communities.

And their definition of criminals is someone who left their home country under dire circumstances like my own grandparents did.

They left great poverty.

They were told they had to leave because they would starve.

They came here, became migrant farm workers and worked at factories.
