Like, I don't know.
I also feel like there's like, a lot of women out there that have this weird stigma about like menopause and perimenopause.
And they don't want to believe that it
happens that it's going to happen to them and it's going to happen to everybody.
It's like a normal thing that actually happens.
I mean, sorry, but thank God there are a lot of things that you could do about it.
But the sad thing is, is a very scary, horrifying time.
I feel like for women, especially perimenopause, because a lot of doctors don't put all the shit that's happening to you together and like, oh, this is all perimenopause because you could have 10 different things going on.
Let's start with your first thing, the moods.
I remember the mood thing.
And like I was having a baby at 46 because I don't do anything like anyone normal, right?
I do things in my own time, okay?
So not one part of my life makes sense, right?
So I was like, I cannot be like a full-fledged Karen with a child.
You know what I mean?
That's when you need the most patience you could, you need, right?
When you have a baby.
So that's why I like immediately went on HRT and it made all the difference because I was like, there's no way I could be this moody bitch forever.
when I have a little child baby around, you know, and it really made a big difference.
So your moods, like how did it, it's like, it's like constant PMS, right?
