I'm not getting eight hours of sleep every night, but I am feeling extremely alive and healthy.
I feel, you know, I have a Fitbit.
I don't know if you know what a Fitbit is.
I have a Fitbit and it measures like my steps and my heart rate and my sleep.
And I look at it every day when I connect it up to my iPhone and it shows me that I've had, you know, restless sleep sometimes, break, you know, I wake up like three, four times in the night and pause.
I have weird moments like that that go through, but I feel like I wake up every day alive and ready to go.
So I feel like I get enough hours of sleep.
If you could tell your 20-year-old self something, okay.
I would say to allow myself to make more mistakes.
I would really allow myself to fail a bit more, or I'd really allow myself to not worry.
And I think the other thing that is really important with this is to allow myself to be vulnerable.
Because I think out of that vulnerability, not only is it that you allow yourself to give birth to negative emotions, but you really allow yourself to give birth to a lot of positivity and growth.
And so I would allow myself to be more vulnerable.
