What about the protein for women?
I think women needing the protein, especially as they get older and where they're going to get there.
And a lot of the vegan context is not the best.
I'm seeing women really deteriorate physically, muscle mass deteriorate because they're not able to recruit so much protein.
I think the best thing people can do is have a consistent detox.
Like every three weeks.
I mean, every three months, something like that.

Have a consistent detox to cleanse your body.
Explain the steamer.
The herbs kind of vapor into your body.
Your pores open up with the heat.
