Yeah, I came through A&M, and I was in two conferences, first team All-American, first team Big 12, first team Southwest Conference.

And so when you don't fit that role that they want you to play, you know, in the scheme of things, you know, the power that be—

They blackball you.

They kind of put shade on your name.

And so that kind of happened to me.

And so actually, I always tell this story, like, you know, unlike Shador, he got drafted in the fifth round.

Coach Keller called me around the fifth round or so.

And he asked me, he's like, I'm thinking about drafting you or this other kid.

And because he said, I'm thinking about it, I was like, well, you'd be better off taking the other kid.

So it's kind of like if Shadur says, no, I don't want to go to the Browns.

I don't know how I feel about football right now.

Just do that.

I did that.

And so I didn't get drafted.

But then later after the rounds were done, Coach Mike Dicker called.

And he's like, I think you can play for me.

I don't know why you didn't get drafted, but I think you can play for me.

And he says, it was in New Orleans, close to Texas.

I said, OK, coach, and I know who you are.

I said, I'll come play for you.
