There was... I think there was like 14 or 15 different things going into her at once.

And Sophie, anyway, you know, the end result for Sophie was that Sophie lost her four limbs to sepsis.
And then... You know, it's still... It's hard to think about it because...
You know, you're trying to understand how did it happen.
And it wasn't that Sophie, that the sepsis had made her lose her limbs.
It was the fact is that her blood pressure was so bad that the amount of blood pressure medication that she was on, it basically what happens is the blood pressure medication, the idea was that it's, you know, it's to keep its life over limb.
So it's to keep the heart, keep the brain going.
So with the blood pressure medication, it actually causes your veins to constrict, to bring your blood pressure back up.
So what happened was, obviously, with that happening, it brings it back in and then it causes your limbs to die.
No, when we were in the ICU, they were checking out stuff and they were checking, you know, what do you call it?
You know, they were checking for pulses and stuff like that.
But apparently I could see, you know, you can see things.
You know, I could see her hands starting to turn blue, her feet starting to turn blue, stuff like that.
You know, and then you can see...
And it's horrible because you're sitting there and, you know, we just did an instance and Sophie's mum, Laura, like she was in there most of the time, we just wouldn't leave the ICU at all.
You know, we were in and out immediately, you know, with his son at home as well, trying to go through this.
But yeah, you know, it was hard and it was hard to take, you know, and, you know, I couldn't, you know, it's hard to understand you're saying, you know,
